CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Who Are We Looking For

  • 1-3 years in customer service or similar role
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Additional local languages are a bonus
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for mobile apps

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media
  • Provide accurate information about ResQX services, features, and pricing
  • Assist customers in navigating the app and resolving technical issues
  • Log and track customer complaints or service issues
  • Coordinate with operations team for timely resolution of roadside assistance requests
  • Gather and document customer feedback for improvement
  • Provide regular reports on recurring issues or user pain points
  • Promote referral programs and additional services to customers
