Who Are We Looking For
- 1-3 years in customer service or similar role
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom)
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Additional local languages are a bonus
- Basic troubleshooting skills for mobile apps
What Will You Be Doing?
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media
- Provide accurate information about ResQX services, features, and pricing
- Assist customers in navigating the app and resolving technical issues
- Log and track customer complaints or service issues
- Coordinate with operations team for timely resolution of roadside assistance requests
- Gather and document customer feedback for improvement
- Provide regular reports on recurring issues or user pain points
- Promote referral programs and additional services to customers
